Partial Answer Whole hot end and heatsync are loose

so I've noticed the whole hot end is loose. It is seated up in the carrier all the way and the screws are all the way in but they won't get tight enough to stop. They keep spinning like they are stripping. Even when they are as tight as I can get them, the whole hot end and heat sync will move side to side. I can imaging how this is causing print accuracy issues. Any suggestions on shoring that up?
