Why no one reads support ?

    only you and the Robo team can access your individual support issues if you want additional general help then ask in the general forum and many others do and we can all see the issues and try and help out

    Doubtful. The contact form on the main page is the best way to get fast support. Generally within 24 hours

    or post in another forum section if you think the community can help
