I have an issue with the x-axis being off. Printer homes incorrectly and will not correctly auto level. Any ides how to adjust the x-axis? This is an R1 with enclosed bottom and the latest firmware was uploaded last night with no change. Thanks

That is for the Z-axis. Z is fine. The x-axis crashes to the right when it does the G29 Autolevel.

Does it home properly? Generally that means it didn't go all the way to the left.

correct. It does not home properly.

It does however go all the way to the left when printing.

I suggest you check the X Axis home endstop switch is working properly.

Move the extruder carriage to the center by hand then -

Use the gcode M119 to manually check the endstop switch status. see http://reprap.org/wiki/G-code#M119:_Get_Endstop_Status

For the X axis the endstop status should be "open".

Then activate the X endstop switch by hand and use the M119 to check the status again. The X endstop status should show "triggered".

Finally move the extruder carriage all the way to the left again to make sure the endstop switch is being activated by the screw protruding from the carriage. Check M119 again and it should show the status as "triggered"

All this has to work properly or the X Homing will stuff up.

Yeah either your x axis endstop wire is broken or unplugged.

you were dead on. The switch was not reading correctly. I reseated the wires into the switch and it is now homing and leveling correctly. Thanks
