Forgive me for making another thread about this issue, I've searched the forums and tried any and all solutions to no avail. I've been trying to get my Robo R1 to print since I've gotten it today. My issue is that the extruder will go past the stops on the x-axis and grind against it. The stop switch is in the right place, I can see the screw hitting against it as my printer calibrates, but then I watch it grind on the other side.

I've adjusted my G-code and checked the G-terminal using m119.
As of right now both my Z-axis and X-axis are TRIGGERED,
I tried the G-code used on another thread to see if it will help with my homing issues
    G1 Z5 F5000 ; lift Z by 5mm
    G28 ; home all axes
M565 Z-1.1; set the offset for auto-leveling mechanism
    G29 ; run auto-level
    M300 S440 P200 ;A4: 440
    G0 Z5

And I am currently using mattercontrol 1.4, I've checked to see if there was any firmware updates but there are none that I can find.

This is all of the information I can think of that will be useful to you guys, I've been making 3D prints for a year now but I am new to owning a 3D printer so any help will be greatly appreciated.

It could be a bad limit switch on the X axis

At the ends of the X axis or at the HOME?

There is no stop switch on the end of any axis. There is only a HOME switch and then the printer dimensions (the size of the X and Y as defined in your software) will control it stopping when it needs to. Sounds like your slicer thinks it is larger than it should be. Check your configuration.

Might want to refer to the MatterControl docs/WIki:

    http://wiki.mattercontrol.com/Slice_Settings

This (looks like to me) it describes where things like bed size are configured.

I don't use MatterControl myself, someone else maybe can chime it.

    Bed size is in control settings/printer. Y axis is 10 X is 9 and z is 8

It is in millimeters and I don't remember what those were

Hey just wanted to share that I fixed all of my problems, turns out I my Z axis endstop brackets were really out of place. After some adjusting everything works perfectly. But thanks for all of your suggestions I really appreciate it.
