Unresolved X-axis will not respond

    I'm having a weird error on my printer, right now I cannot get my extruder to repsond to x-axis movements. My printer can respond to every other command. To give an example, I've done a G29 command to auto level and everything seems to work fine but the X-axis movements are unresponsive. Right now I'm trying to see if I can get into Ardunio to see if I can fix the firmware. My other option is getting another usb cable, (I have one being delivered to me at the moment).
    If there are any other suggestions I would be extremely grateful, as of right now I am unable to use my printer.
    My printer is a Robo R1 plus and I'm using the latest Mattercontrol.

    It is either the stepper (least likely) or the wiring from the RAMPS to the stepper or the stepper driver card on the RAMPS or, the RAMPS/Arduino combo. I would rule everything out one at a time.
