Unresolved XXL controller stops reading sd card

    I searched, but couldn't find anything like this.
    Anyone have an XXL controller that will read an SD card and then the prints stops/pauses/fails after about 2 layers. It has gotten progressively worse each time I have tried.

    Using simplify3d to write to card. It works fine on another printer I have (nonrobo) and robo seems to be printing fine from USB.
