Whenever I home my printer it goes all the way down to the bed and the head stops against the bed but the threaded rod dosent stop spinning and the thing with the endstop on it keeps going! Like shown in the video, I emergency stopped the printer before it did this but it would keep spinning until that thing hit the bottom then it would spin wildly and tangle the cables!
    Help would be greatly appreciated
    Thanks

Also sorry for all the background noise in the video! And yes my fans broken need to get a new one :')

Did you modify the firmware? you need to set Z endstop min to be True for logic inversion

*IGNORE THIS - I'm dumb and didn't notice you weren't even using MC. Forgive my, I just woke up. *

Also, check the version of MatterControl you're using. I'm going to assume you're not on version 1.1 as that's been the case every time I've seen this happen (including myself).

If you're not on MatterControl 1.1 (Says in the title window for the program) you'll need to uninstall it, remove all associated folders and download the latest from here: http://www.robo3dprinter.com/pages/robo3dsoftware

    Hey guys,
    Thanks for the replies.
I should of been more specific I am using Matter control I honestly have no idea why I was using repitier (problems occurs in MC as well btw).
I will check my update when I get home.
And do I modify my Z endstop min to true for logic inversion in Ardieno or MC?

I just got my printer and had this issue as well. The drive coupling on one of the Z axis rods was loose. Of course when it went too low and spun the nut, it broke one of the connections to the microswitch. The Rod was loose when they performed their QA check and calibration and the number they came up with was wrong. It took a couple hours to get it to the condition in which it should have shipped.

I did what both Mike Kelly and Montravont told me too and I'm glad to say the problem is fixed now, Thank you so much guys :)

Hoped everything is fixed and is working well Keith, I know the feeling of the printer not working, it can be very frustrating some times!
