Unresolved Z-axis locked

    Yesterday we received our Robo 3D R1+ but when we tried to print there was around 4 cm distance between extruder and plate. When the Z axis is modified manually, only the righ-hand side of the beam is moving, which produces inclination of the beam. It looks like there is some sort of lock that prevents the left-hand side to move in Z direction.

    hi Xavier, can you share a picture please, I'm not sure I understand what you are asking.

    I am not at the office right now. But I will try to explain it with an image. The problem is that when the Z axis is modified. Point 1 moves but point 2 always stays in the same position (like if there was a sort of lock). The final result is the beam looking like the red line. I hope it is more clear now. Thank you

    I understand. If you open up the bottom of the printer the z axis motor is likely unplugged. Be careful when taking off the bottom, the fan wires are very short
