Unanswered Z axis moving during call home, but not moving when clicked.

Hello, I recently bought a robo 3d r1 printer, however the none of the motors of the printer are moving. It moves whenever I call all of the motors home, but when I tell it directly to move up through the matter control button it does not move. I have no idea what is happening and I would really appreciate any help that I can get. Also I do not have a working hot end right now, so a test print may not be an option temporarily. Thanks!

 

If you don't have a working thermistor for the hot end it won't allow movement
