Z Axis Ribbing Issues

    Just got done printing. I printed the 20mm cube. (Printed with PLA)
    X and Y measurements are over by a hair (just like they always have been).
    Z measures in at 19.88mm. Which is a huge improvement compared to the 17.5mm when I started.

    I guess I'll just have to make minor calibration adjustments from here to get it perfect.

    Suggest you measure your rods as well. At some point the Robo guys were planning to move to 8mm rods.

    .12mm might be due to a non-idea first layer or measurement error.

    They're still on 5/16" everything unfortunately.

    Be sure you also measure your filament diameter.

    if you use MC , just change the perimeter settings.. Make it "1" even you print 0,2 layer things really change, the finish surfaces look almost perfect.
    worth to try
