Everything was working fine yesterday. I lifted the print head with the controls Z+(3X) section to clean the plate. When I tried to print the head starts about 3 cm above the plate and rises to about 6 cm. I tried lowering with Z- and rehoming without effect. Help!

Have you checked to make sure the X-axis is parallel to the bed?

Check and make sure the z switches are straight and the x carriage is seated properly on them. Do the paper level method to get it nice and level.
