I have a Robo3d R1+ and the Z calibration doesn't seem to be working properly. At the front end of the plate the print seems to be almost perfect, but as it progresses to the rear the print head goes up and up to where visually it looks like the print head is almost 1/8" higher. Has anyone seen or fixed this issue?

Manually leveling the bed is the easiest approach.
Make sure the X axis is close to level and the entire autoleveling works much better.
