Hello I just got a new RoboE3D printer and I noticed a wire to the Z stopper relay is exposed. I attached a pic. Is there a way for me to take the wire out and fix it? Also, what exactly is this part used for?

    That's the Z_Min enstop.
You can just put electrical tape over that. It's a very low voltage just used to test for a state change in the circuit. Just as long as it doesn't short the component near it you're fine, even then a short wouldn't damage anything.
