After my failed dual extruder project I took everything apart and put everything back together and it all worked fine, but started a print from an LED controller I had laying around (Its on the original r1+ ramps board) and connected it and started a print. I then noticed that the Y carriage vibrated and didn't move when auto leveling and checked the motor wired to see if everything is connected and everything was. I don't know what the problem is, all the end stops are connected correctly, please help.

Sounds like a stepper driver tuning issue.

So, to be clear (and rereading everything) it only fails during the autopleveling 9-point probing check?

then doesnt even print correctly, it is too high above the printing bed and I try the z offset in the control panel and does nothing.

Sounds to me like it's getting caught or held by something. Or possibly a gear/belt slipping. Can you jog the Y-Axis with the Controller? Does it home correctly?

If the extruder keeps climbing as it is going through the ABL motions, typically your X-Axis needs to be leveled. Paper-Level

so what i did was take the bed off the y carriage that holds the bed and i looked at the motor, it turns out there was a small end of a ziptie between the motor and the belt

Nevermind, it still does the same thing while it auto levels, the bed just vibrates and so does the x carriage, it thinks the bed and everything are bigger than they really are.

Does the Printer Home correctly either using the LCD or GCode Terminal (G28)?

Can you Jog the Y-Axis with the LCD or Terminal Controls after the printer has been homed?

I can but when I home it. The y only goes about half way and says half way is zero.

You might want to consider uploading a video of the actual problem.

I am so confused but here we go!

IF you press home and it does NOT go home but stops halfway then there is an issue with the home switch. IF this is NOT happening please upload a video as @mark tomlinson suggested as I am completely confused as to if its not doing what wrong when :confused:
