Hotend not heating up properly.

    Assuming that you're printing from OctoPrint, don't forget that it has a variety of logs it runs. It could be logging errors for all you know.

    http://your-serial.local/api/logs

    ...ought to return a list that it manages. And of course, this is hidden in the OctoPrint -> Settings interface.

    There's still no resolution to this issue. Support is now ignoring my Emails. A new Robo Board was never sent and the last email I got was about shipping out a new printer, that was Monday. I've sent 3 emails since then and gotten no response. This is extremely disappointing.

    I would not email. I would call them. They are open right now. Once you have them on the phone dont get off the phone without some kind of resolution. Emails are much to easy to get "lost" in the shuffle of things.

    They don't usually send you shipping/tracking information either.
    Stuff just "shows up" ... call and get it sorted.

    It's really not an excuse, they sold printers all around the world, some people may not be comfortable enough with English to call or may not have affordable international calling plans.
    Having decent email support is essential for any company nowadays.

    Not an excuse :D Just fact. We dont work for them (moderators) so all we can do is advise what has worked to get what you need when email is failing.

    Thanks for all the input.
    I called Robo and after explaining the situation they sent out a new Robo Board. I installed it last night and everything is working.
    It booted up with a start Temp of 25. I had to recalibrate everything but it's good to finally have this over with.
