If that picture is showing the bottom of the print then there are adhesion issues with one side. The bed appears to be tilted in one direction. Please specify what we are lookin at.

that is the side from the bed
it looks that those corners does not stick properly ( im using spray and double checked the surface is covered correctly )

ive printed the same part sending it to the far right of the bed ( i mean primarily using the right rod and no problems )

my question is if the left rod need extra calibration

My suggestion is to manually level the bed as precisely as possible using shims on the four corners on the magnets that hold the bed down. Left and right might be as simple as just turning one lead screw by hand so that left and right are level. Then you only need shims for forward to back leveling. You can use a piece of paper as a gauge to see how close you are to the bed at each of the four corners. That will tell you is a corner is lower than the others or not.

After manual leveling, the autolevel used in the R1 will have an easier time making sure the hotend tracks with the bed. Since the R1 uses an early version of Marlin firmware the autoleveling is not very sophisticated and works best with a bed that is already close to being level. That should straighten out your adhesion issues.

If you are tethered to a Computer via USB go to your host program and terminal and home all axes first (G28) then lower the nozzle (G1 Z0), turn off motors (M84). Now you can spin the lead screws by hand to level the bed from left to right (X axis). I usually do that at the front of the bed. now just move the bed forward and use you paper gauge to see if you need to shim on top of the magnets. There are a number of ways to shim, some people use paper, others use metal shim material. I use self adhesive shelf liner (also known as contact paper) and a hole punch, the little discs from the hole punch fit pretty good on top of the magnets.

    ok
using the paper gauge technic , need to only adjust left rod.
it feels all the bed is with the same height all around
no need to touch the magnet height for now.
    sounds right?
