Unresolved Robo c2 extruder hits the printing floor

    Hi everybody! I have a problem whit my robo c2, when i try to print something, the extruder hits the printing floor, the z offset is regulated with the tool of the printer.
    How can i fix it?

    Either your Z offset is wrong (make sure it is a negative number) or the IR sensor is not working correctly.
