Black Screen asking for Login name on Startup

Hi All,
I have the black screen problem on BOTH of my R2s. I followed the black screen troubleshooting post and got nowhere. What I see now on the screen is a prompt for login info (see file).

I tried writing to robo a week ago with no communication back. I'm assuming I need new SD cards? Any other things I can do as this is really affecting productivity
