The green wire came out of the harness that goes to the print head motor. The metal piece is still in the harness. How do I get it out to fix or is there an easier way to reattach?

Those are almost impossible to repair. It might be possible to solder the wire back onto the connector.

I'd submit a replacement part request through robo

I'd have to agree, without specific pin tools those are about impossible to fix. I have a pin removal set and its still difficult, I broke the connector trying :)
