    Get used to it. :)

In all seriousness we are all trying to help each other succeed with these printers.
It is a semi-steep learning curve, but you can get there.

Just tonight i went to print, nothing extruded. had to take the entire hot end apart then torch it because there was broken pla stuck in the heatbreak.

This problem is still unresolved. Have taken the advice suggested so far from the community, and have still not heard back after sending out two emails to Robo... Ridiculous.

Start by posting some clearer pictures of what you are trying to solve.
We can likely help you find an answer once we can see exactly what is going on :)

I thought the pictures I had posted provided an insight onto what's going on. Do you want pictures of the printer?
The printer is simply warping the prints. And it's warping BAD sometimes. The support material on the last print should have been straight; Instead of being straight, it was completely wavy..

Here is another image. In the image, you can see both the extreme distorting that occurs and the warping that also occurs. The two on the left are the same exact piece, one of which for some reason decided to print out in a bizarre way. The one on the right is support material, which came out completely warped and ruined the model.

Judging by that I'm saying loose belt, timing pulley, extruder loose.... Kinda looks mechanical... Suppose it could be the first layer, any chance you could run a print of just the first layer to see how it looks?

I agree that shifting is due to a loose drive component on either X or Y (only you know which way it was facing).
