It could be a loose connection in the wiring to the thermistor, or the thermistor loose or the heater itself loose or loose connection to the RAMPS or just a bad wire/thermistor

Check everything from the RAMPS to the hotend. Wiggle the wire harness to make a loose connection show up while watching the temperature in your software.

It is not really complicated -- that error always means that the firmware saw the temperature doing bad/unexpected things

If no issue can be found and cooling fans take no effect order a new heater and see what happens. It's possible yours has failed. It's equally possible it's the thermistor but you'll need todo a parts request with Robo as I haven't been able to find those aftermarket for the stock r1+ hexagon

i think i found it i took off the block and made sure the screws were tight then when i put it back in i got what i like to call the "357 error"
because thats what the temp shows when the termistor is loose so i wiggled a wire and im 99% sure its the thermistor

That is the most likely culprit, they are super delicate. Contact Robo for a replacement :)

Id still strongly suggest a 40watt heater :)
