XXL LCD problem

    Hello,

    I got the XXL LCD and hooked it up to my Robo 3D R1 and it just displays two black lines. Nothing else. I checked the firmware an it is still enabled (which it should be by default). The printer is working fine as I can connect to it through USB and control it with MatterControl. I've attached a screenshot of what it looks like. Any ideas?

    Contrast setting maybe?
    I'm still waiting for mine so I'm just guessing based on what I've read others said.

    Yep, those two lines of all white dots? Contrast too high.
