    With XXL LCD you must also comment out reverse menu direction. Only full graphics LCD its enabled. //#define REVERSE_MENU_DIRECTION

    The Discount LCD (the smaller 4-line display) requires nothing other than hooking it up correctly.

    Either code it yourself or ask the developers to provide a more modular approach to the LCD screens.

    Yea, that is why I left the LCD controllers on when we added the Pi/OctoPrint. Doesn't hurt to have it and it is cheap I haven't done anything...
