I've just gotten my printer back together after sorting out some issues, but my first test prints are no good at all. These two 1cm test cubes are really shaky (click to enarge).

I'm printing in PLA at 200/190 degrees, 0.3mm layer height, first layer at 0.2mm, 0.4 rectilinear infill, 1mm retraction. Let me know if you have any idea what's wrong or if you want to know any more settings.

    Thanks.

Your x or y belt is loose. Don't bother with retraction yet either.

Looking at the perimeter I would say that the Z height is a bit off too...

The y belt was fine but the x belt needed tightening. Gonna re-level and try again.

I had issues with .3mm layer height. Try .2 might work better as well

That looks more like under-extrusion to me. The stock extruder does not grip the filament well and my first print looked a lot like that.

It also looks like your bed isn't level. The skirt on the back left looks fine, but is too high on the front-right.
