So I got the printer almost dialed in using Simplifed3D. I can send it to the printer and walk away, and have very good results.

0.2 layer hight, speed 3000mm/min, temps 200c/60c, PLA

The issue now is that I'm trying to get the first layers dailed in. If you look at the bottom cornors they are flared out.

    Question:
Due you think this is a bed temp, z-seting, or something eles?

    Any Comments would be great.

I use a deburring tool to remove elephant's feet. I find with ABS sacrificing a bit on that part gets better overall adhesion.
