    Printing PLA 100% infill

2nd layer don't stick with the 1st.. And that's not all - look at all lines in the model - theyre all rough, like robo3d adrunk. Is it normal?

What's the best way to stick PLA to the table? using hair spray it unstuck

BTW, my printer doesn have hotend fan..

    Thank you

Please send me real exported slice settings, i'll check it. I think it should help me.

Extruder speed more than my slicing speed, i just need default settings

What recommended 1st layer height in PLA/ABS, maybe my Z-home it's too low? 2nd layer get very high to stick

Does your printer have auto-leveling? It is not leveling correctly if it does. Z offset is too high.

    Look at this:

    http://www.printedsolid.com/firstlayer/

Get that first layer correct and you will be in good shape.

Thanks, will try later, think 1 problem gonna get less

BBut look at photo - printer sliced starting, 1st level with grid has 1mm clearance in 100% fill in settings.. It looks like support material grid, not 1st layer. Is that normal? There's no raft in settings

The initial Z height is too much.
You are not starting off with the first layer height correct.

The perimeters in your print should look like the ones in the page I linked to.

lift your heated bed, make sure the belt is tight. mine was loose when I got the printer in the mail.. also check the x axis making sure its tight. you should be able to pluck it like a guitair string ....

Na that's not a symptom of any loose equipment. He's just too high off the build surface
