My opinion on all machined parts:

If you dont have proper inspection equipment you really cant make the claim they were manufactured wrong. If you have a bad part- they will replace it- but for sure I wouldn't pretend to know as much as E3D does about manufacturing nozzles and would approach issues with a little more evidence than a smart phone photo lol
