Solved Auto Leveling Fails

    I have recently run into a problem on my robo 3d were every other print job after the z homes and touches the bed it keeps rising until I have to stop it to prevent it from damaging itself both of the z stop switches are pressed and the wires are connected do I need to return my printer or is it fixable?

    The printer just completely stopped having the issue said above I don't know what happened
