Unresolved bad print quality

    Good day ....

    i received my robo r1 from just 2 days and we don't have experience over 3D printing when we print we found this result ( attached image ) we use mattercontrol 1.2 on windows 8 and 7 ... so i want to know what is the cause of this issue and how can i fix it ..

    You're too high. If you're using the Automatic Print Utility in Matter Control, disable it.

    Otherwise if you have an offset reduce it.
