Unresolved Balling Up on the Nozzle

This doesn't seem to be a filament or layer height problem.

Lately I get filament stuck on the nozzle and sometimes its not a problem but a lot of the times it is a problem. Layer doesnt matter does it on all layers. like it curls up or is dragging or something. Not sure how to explain it.

It is worse at the very start of the print so i have made my skirt really huge and lots of layers so I can pick it off. but it still happends 20 layers later.

 

try to clean the nozzle with nylon https://en.3drucken.ch/2014/11/duse-am-ultimaker-2-mit-nylon-reinigen.html
then try and clean the external part of the nozzle (mostly for the looks )

at last try to lower your printing temperature, and then extrude 100mm with your extruer at Z> 100mm should go straight down and make some nice spirales on the bed
