Solved Bed Adhesion and Retraction Issues

So as it turns out, I think the problem all along was the x-axis bars being-off level, with addition to the z-axis needing to be at the right offset. One of the sensors was too low, and so I had to raise it and make sure the x-axis was leveled... and while doing that with a level, I found that my desk wasn't even level, so I have fixed all of this and now the print seems to be working The more you know!
