I changed out the hot end on my Robo+ Plus after a bad clog, in which I accidentally pulled the thermister wires. Now installed neither that bed or extruder will heat. I do have temperatures registering, but neither will heat in preheat using Matter control. i have control to home and axis control from my computer so it is connecting to the board but wondering if this could be something wrong with the ramps board.

It would almost have to be the RAMPS if the wiring is OK.

Thanks. my plan had been to trace the wiring back to the board.

If you have a meter, test your thermister. It should be 100 or so.

So I did follow the wires back and I had miss connected the therm wire. I reconnected everything and I have been able to get the extruder to heat and run appropriately. The bed temp is reading but the bed isn't heating.

Then likely the RAMPS is the issue.
Check the GCode console for errors (the entire thing).

In the factory configuration the RAMPS directly drives the heatbed so either the RAMPS has failed or the wiring to the bed heater is bad or the bed heater itself is bad.
