Got it to work correctly. The heat wire to the bed was folding up and hitting the stop switch. Has anyone made anything to keep the wire in line? Now I realize that I'm missing a couple magnets to the bed and when it's pushed over where it's supposed to be (the wire) it is pushing up the corner of the bed slightly

    missing magnets..
well they're cheap.. but I have only seen them for sale by the dozen or so.
as to the wire.. its a stupid pain in the ass.. I suggest some wire conduit.. but not anything so stiff as to cause problems.

You can aid the routing/moving with zipties and anchors, put them in the right places and it will stay more aligned.
The cable chain is the most secure method.

Thanks for the advice to ignore the graphics. I've pretty much solved all my issues except how to get the Z axis calibrated right. A 1" cube is shorter than the sides. I add 12% or so manually, and it comes out proper.

Z steps/mm in the firmware can be tweaked if you want a permanent solution.

Mark, if it isn't too much trouble, can you list the steps? I'd like to try it.
