    Got some new filament, prints great except for some parts. I dont think its the filament itself because someone sent me a picture using the same filament and its fine.

    Default cura PLA settings R1+.

    Default is almost never right and almost always to hot. Marks links will help you narrow it down but I'd start looking at doing temperature tests and test prints to find the sweet spot for the material your running. That sweet spot changes roll to roll, material to material etc.
