As I posted earlier my new printer has an issue with the bed not heating up. I found the problem. The white and green wire going to the bed are broken off at the molex connector. Does anyone know the order that they are supposed to be in on the connector? Looks like quality control at the factory is a little off. I've been printing with PLA filament with no heated bed and they are coming out great. This is an amazing little printer. Other than the heater for the bed this thing is awesome.

I sent a tech support in earlier but it wouldn't let me attach or paste a picture.

It actually looks like they were over crimped as they are broken off very cleanly.

Is this from under the case or from the build plate?

Its from under the build plate. It is the cable that feeds up from under the case and plugs into the build plate.
