Solved Can't install communication driver to connect printer

    If I remember correctly, I was using the guide Mike Kelly linked up above (the most recent one), but I'm seeing that link is dead now. He might be able to find the guide again if you ask him.

    That didn't help. Infinstaller.exe kept crashing. Strange that .exe is part of mattercontrol. I called the help line. He walked me through installing the driver manually. Problem solved.

    There are lots of see settings. I'd suggest you call the help line to ask robo 3d. You may need to call a couple times to find the good one.
