    I have a Robo 3D R1 +
The manual recommends you do not use the cooling fan when printing ABS.
However, all the default settings show it enabled.
In particular, the setting for "Disable Fan For The First" is zero.
Min, Max, and Bridging are all set to 100%.
Does this mean the fan is always on or always off?
The Control Panel shows it as On.

Don't know what you are slicing with, but all the slicers I have used have a way to enable/disable the parts fan.
Just make sure for ABS profiles it is always off. For PLA it should be on after the first layer.

If you're using MatterCrap, you can edit the profile and remove any references to the fan control from the variables that can be adjusted. Then the Fan will always be off when running ABS no matter what.
