So I received my brand new printer today and I already set-up the software and everything is working except for the extruder. It's not heating up at all. After several trials, it did heat up to 160 degrees Celsius but the temperature dropped after. So I decided to unplug/re-plug the printer and this time when I hit preheat on MatterControl, I started to get the smell of burning plastic/wire. I quickly turned off the printer and decided to take a look at the board and I found out that the ramps board was damaged.

@Mike Kelly, do you know long does the RoBo team usually take to answer to replacement part request?

They're at CES this week. You should get a response no latter than mid-week next week i'd guess
