Unresolved Dead on arrival

    I just got Robo3dr1 printer yesterday from Amazon, followed all the instructions hit the on switch on nothing happens. I am assuming the power supply is bad. Is there a reset button? I see that I hit the Solve button witch is not the case.

    Did you flip the switch from 220 to 110v?
