I was hopping to maybe get some help from some of you that are way better at this then me. LOL I am trying to make a Diamond hot end X carriage. so i started out with Mike Kelly's modular X carriage base (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1252888) and then added the Diamond hot end (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:720520) with some simple block bracing to make it work. I know its raw and needs work but its my first try. has anyone else tried this or thought about trying this. im waiting for the rest of my parts to make sure everything will fit. is there a better way to joining the too. the back leg fell off because it need another angle support and better supports. 20161221_183455.jpg 20161221_183451.jpg 20161221_183459.jpg 20161221_183451.jpg

sorry buddy never used or seen the diamond hotend (I use promethius or E3D). if you get it mounted securely you'll be fine any way you go.
