Solved Extruded problems & y axis over movement

ok, so its not my filament then. all my rolls are 1- 3 months old and I keep them in a ziplock back with a decanter inside. again, I appreciate all the advise. hope I haven't annoyed you over the last couple weeks. ill post again after this weekend when I take apart my machine and put in the new hot end. wish me luck

 

Installed e3d v6 and printed a few test prints, beautiful.
