Unresolved Extruder runs reverse on print start, sometimes

    Once in a while and seems to be happening more frequently, the extruder runs full on in reverse forcing the filament back up and the head just goes in one direction very slow. This is on an r1 plus with xxl screen with model sliced in cura.

    Add a G92 E0 at the startup g-code to make sure the extruder position resets.
