After a print jammed up the extruder tip separated from the heat sink portion. Is there any way to salvage this? I have put in a support ticket with Robo.

    Thank you

Yes that should be repairable. The hexagon heatink has a large section on the bottom with a hole in it. Inside this is a small set screw.

Put the heatbreak back inside the heatsink until the base is flush. Then use a 1.5mm allen wrench to tighten down the set screw holding the heat break

It's going to happen again! Do yourself a favor and order an all metal hex extruder kit and keep it handy
You have to tighten the nozzle up against the heat break, not the hot end to prevent this problem.
The problem you displayed is because the cheap extruder does not screw into the cooling fin area, but is merely held there with a little screw. Frank
