Extrusion microscopy

    Trivial but interesting to the inquisitive mind, I changed over filaments from Nylon to translucent green PLA and decided to inspect the interface point where the PLA met the Nylon in the extruded thread (that interface was created at 260*C). So here is that point under the microscope with the tip of a pin in the pic for size reference:
