Greetings. Let the printer working on an 10 hour piece on ABS, checked for the first layer and seemed pretty well, leaved the office and the next morning I realized that the print job was unfinished, only did half of the firist layer. I tried to do another printjob but now on PLA and the results were the same. After all of this the print bed doesnt heat anymore.

    Appreciate your help.

What printer? I'm not following what you mean? You left the printer to do a 10 hour print job and it failed in the first layer correct? can you try another print connected via USB and when it stops copy and past the GCODE terminal from the slicer into a notepad file so I can take a look at the actual error thrown?

Lets tackle the shutting down error before the heatbed issue (could be the MOSFET on the ramps) but thats getting ahead of ourselves :D

Thanks. Guess I forgot some details; the process seems wont stop, keeps doing all the movements but the filament stops flowing, I end up pressing Cancel. The second try was via USB and did the same. The printer is ROBO 3D Plus.

Is your tension ok on the two screws that press the filament against the hobbled bolt ? Is the hobbled bolts teeth clean ?

Sounds like you might have a clog. Can you manually press filament into the hotend carefully while it is at temperature?

I concur with Danzca - my bet is a clog. Heat up to 250 or so and try and use some cleaning filament to push it out. That's the easiest method. If that doesn't work, you'll have to heat and remove nozzle to unclog.

Yes it was. There were rests of filament between the hobbled bolts teeth.

@mark tomlinson do you know where you can get the cartridge style for the hex? All I see are the non cartridge style.
