Hey everyone! I've tried reaching out to support and they still haven't gotten back to me, I've also tried looking up this issue but can't find any information on it.

Long story short, a bunch of filament built up around the extruder and now my menu is frozen.

The printer boots up and takes me to the main menu but now the screen is unresponsive, therefore I can't heat up the nozzle to melt the build up.

Any ideas? Can I reset the machine? What should I do?

pull up octoprint and look at the gcode log. I'm betting you havea max or min temp. Likely the build up on your nozzle has broken the thermistor wire. (the log should show an error ) Let us know what you find in the log and we can go from there.
