I recently received my Robo 3D and I made 1 whistle. The next thing I tried was going well until mid-print when the extruder stopped extruding. I scrapped the print and tried again. It didnt work again and I tried over and over then what appeared to be filament started oozing out of the side of the hot end and dripped out from under the orange plastic. This kind of sucks and I have no idea how to fix this.

one more thing, the filament now cannot go through the little hole even when i manually push it. this is while the extruder is at 190 C.

If this is the stock hot end it sounds like the plastic sleeve may have melted/ruptured.
That will require replacement. Ping tech support and they will ship one.

    This maybe for the switch?

If you have the urge, a replacement upgraded (all metal) hot end is always an option :) They will ship you pout a replacement tube pretty quick, but the upgraded hot end allows for a broader range of materials to print with.

P.S. if the switch really is broken they can ship that with the replacement liner.
Let them know, they will take care of you.

okay, thanks I will. I'm thinking that im just going to try to stick with the stock hot end for now unless the replacement doesn't work. then after i'll buy a 3rd party hot end.
