Finally, a source for thermistors that don't attach with hair lol

After losing the leads to the third thermistor for me on this printer (I had managed somehow to not have to monkey with the actual hot end for a few months) I found a source for 100K ohm thermistors that actually come prewired. It's on eBay, and NO I have no affiliation with this outfit. I was just glad to see the product:

I saw that listing before I ordered the other ones, but this is what made me balk:

"ePacket delivery from China"

I never order parts from China for all kinds of reasons, not the least of them being that I didn't want to wait 2 or 3 weeks for delivery.

 

Everything is made in china. Its too small of an item to label it as such.

 

I didn't specify "made in China". I specified "order parts from China". Read the not-so-fine print.

 

Yes that could be a major quality factor.

But $6 for 1 cant beat $6 for 5 no matter what. Even if they wont last as long, you got another 4 to replace
Plus who knows you may even get a faulty one, but who cares, you got another 4.
Or might even brake one or cut too short.
List can go on and on........
