Finally printed a good test cube. Now clogged extruder

    at this point, with a super clogged hotend, (possibly damaged inside?) and with a possibly broken thermistor. Should I just get an e3d v5 or v6?

    Also, do those things come assembled with the thermistor in place or is it a whole process to put them together? (There seems to be a bunch of different 'kits' on their site and I'm not really understanding which one I need and whether they come assembled

    No, they are assembly required (which really means just adding the thermistor and nozzle).
