Firmware upgrade

    Can someone please help this newbie to upgrade firmware on ROBO r1. I get a message saying Firmware Updates available. ROBO3DR1V2 (Update available) but I do not know how to do it. I have pressed by CHANGE and UPDATE, but can't see what else I need to do.
